From June 28 through July 26, 2023, Freshfields Village will host Starlight Cinema. Each Wednesday at 8:30pm, complimentary movies will be shown. Family-friendly movies will be shown outdoors right on beautiful Kiawah Island. Guests are encouraged to bring beach chairs and blankets so that they can sit back and watch the film.

- June 28 – Disney Pixar's Luca (PG, 2021, 101 minutes)
- July 5 – Top Gun: Maverick (PG-13, 2022, 131 minutes)
- July 12 – Sing 2 (PG, 2021, 112 minutes)
- July 19 – Minions: The Rise of Gru (PG, 2022, 90 minutes)
- July 26 – Grease (PG, 1978, 110 minutes)
The Starlight Cinema series is a great way to spend a summer night in Charleston. Can't make it to the event series? That's okay- you can stop by one of Charleston's many movie theaters!
