Get ready to enjoy all of the oysters your heart desires at the 40th Lowcountry Oyster Festival. The Lowcountry Oyster Festival, which will take place on February 4, 2024 at historic Boone Hall Plantation, is one of the world's largest oyster bashes. At the festival, there will be approximately 50,000 pounds of oysters. There are plenty of oysters to go around - even with the raw oyster eating contest and oyster shucking contests!

Along with oysters, there will be a variety of drinks for sale, including wine, domestic beer, and imported beer. There will also be an opportunity to journey through Lowcountry cuisine served by local restaurants at the food court. As you sip your beverages and savor your food, you'll get to enjoy live music on the main stage. Bringing the kids with you? Don't miss you the Children's Area, which will have games, activities, and educational programs.

No need to bring your own tools- oyster knives and gloves will be available for purchase at the event. So, come with an empty stomach, a playful spirit, and be prepared to experience the Lowcountry at its most delicious!
