April 22 is Earth Day! No matter where you are in the world this Earth Day, there are plenty of things that you can do to celebrate our beautiful planet. Here is what you can expect this Earth Day in Charleston!

Charleston is hosting some great events in honor of Earth Day! Check out... 

Earth Day Celebration: Join Kiawah Conservancy and Kiawah Island Golf Resort at Night Heron Park for an annual Earth Day Celebration. The celebration will feature live music by The Hot Club of Charleston, face painting stations, educational vendors, kids crafts, a native plant giveaway, tent talks covering a variety of environmental topics, and a vendor market. 

Earth Day at the Recycling Center: Charleston County will host a Recycling Center open house on April 27, 2024. Guests are invited to join them to learn more and take a tour. 

Earth Day on Sullivan's Island: On April 27, 2024, Sullivan's Island is hosting family-friendly Earth Day celebration. Come meet live animals from SC Aquarium, play Nature Bingo, compete in trivia, eat yummy food, and more.
